APOLLONIX AI | PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Apollonix AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained in connection with our website, free and paid memberships, Discord community, TradingView indicators, TradingView strategies, NorthStar automated trading engine, and related support services.
This policy applies to free users, paying customers, website visitors, and people who communicate with us.
1. Information We Collect
The information processed depends on the services you use and the information you provide.
Account and membership information may include your name, email address, username, Discord user ID, TradingView username, membership tier, subscription status, and records of your acceptance of applicable terms and disclosures.
Purchase and billing information may include transaction references, purchase dates, amounts, billing details, subscription history, cancellation requests, and refund records. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. Do not send payment-card details through Discord or ordinary support messages.
Communications and community information may include support requests, messages sent to us, feedback, and content you post in community channels we operate or moderate.
Website and technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, referral information, session identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.
Connected trading information may be processed when you connect an account to NorthStar. Depending on the integration and permissions granted, this may include account identifiers, connection credentials or access tokens, account status, balances, positions, orders, executions, trading settings, risk parameters, and operational logs.
Joining Discord or purchasing an indicator does not, by itself, give us access to your brokerage account.
2. Sources of Information
Information may come from:
- You, when you register, purchase, configure a product, or contact support.
- Your interactions with our website, software, and community.
- Platforms and providers involved in delivering the services, such as Discord, TradingView, payment providers, and connected brokers.
- People authorized to act on your behalf.
The information received from a connected service depends on its functionality, your settings, and the permissions you grant.
3. How We Use Information
We use information relevant to the services you request to:
- Create accounts and administer free or paid access.
- Verify membership eligibility and provide product access.
- Process subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and billing inquiries.
- Deliver market commentary, signals, software, and requested support.
- Operate authorized NorthStar account connections and automated trading functions.
- Diagnose errors, investigate execution issues, and maintain operational records.
- Protect accounts, detect fraud, and investigate misuse.
- Record acceptance of terms, disclosures, and account permissions.
- Understand service usage and improve reliability and functionality.
- Send account, billing, security, and product notices.
- Send promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
- Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
This policy does not itself authorize payments or trading. Those activities require the applicable purchase consent or account authorization.
4. How Information Is Disclosed
Information may be disclosed to the parties needed to deliver the relevant service, including providers of hosting, storage, payment processing, communications, customer support, security, and technical infrastructure.
When you use a platform integration, information necessary for that integration may be exchanged with the platform or provider. NorthStar may exchange account and order information with an authorized broker or execution provider.
Information may also be disclosed:
- At your direction or with your permission.
- When legally required or in response to valid legal process.
- When reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people or property.
- To professional advisers assisting with legal, accounting, or business matters.
- In connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Content you post in shared Discord channels is visible to others with access. Other members may copy or redistribute it. Avoid posting information you want to keep confidential.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as authentication, session management, remembering preferences, and security.
Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, their purposes and applicable choices must be disclosed through the relevant website notices and preference controls. Where consent is legally required, those technologies require that consent.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting essential cookies may affect functionality.
Some advertising-related disclosures of information can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Any applicable opt-out rights and legally recognized preference signals will be handled as required by law.
6. NorthStar Account Connections
NorthStar requires information necessary to operate the account connections and trading functions you authorize. Applicable onboarding materials and product agreements explain the scope of those permissions.
Disconnecting an integration may prevent further access through that connection, but it does not necessarily delete existing records, cancel working orders, or close positions. Verify account status directly with your broker.
Operational records may need to be retained after disconnection to investigate transactions, resolve disputes, address security issues, or meet legal obligations.
Do not post passwords, access tokens, or brokerage credentials in public channels.
7. Retention
Information is retained for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable law.
Relevant considerations include whether your account remains active, whether information is needed to provide a service, accounting requirements, security investigations, transaction reconciliation, and unresolved disputes.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every billing, consent, security, or trading record.
8. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed. No system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Protect your account credentials, use available security controls, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through official support.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion or a portable copy.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Opt out of qualifying sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- Appeal a privacy-request decision or complain to a relevant regulator.
These rights may be subject to exceptions. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before acting on a request. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions provided in those messages. Necessary billing, security, and operational messages may continue.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than where you reside, depending on the providers and infrastructure used to deliver a service. Those countries may have different privacy laws.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant transfers must use an appropriate legal mechanism.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Third-Party Services
Discord, TradingView, brokers, payment providers, and other independent services have their own privacy policies. This policy describes Apollonix AI’s practices and does not replace those providers’ policies.
Review their policies before providing information or connecting an account.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The revised version will show an updated date.
We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent where required. Publishing an updated policy does not by itself authorize a new use that requires your consent.
14. Contact and Privacy Requests
Contact Apollonix AI through the official support contact displayed on our website or provided in your purchase confirmation. Identify your message as a Privacy Request and describe the assistance you need.
Include enough information to identify your account, but do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or brokerage access credentials.
